Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone in autumn took my breath away. I expected it to be incredible, and it surpassed my wildest expectations. From close encounters with grizzlies, black bear, elk, moose, and coyotes to the herds of bison walking the roads with us and the numerous geyser basins, every moment created memories to last a lifetime. If you have only a short time, you should at least take in Upper Geyser Basin, Lamar Valley (fabulous wildlife viewing), and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. There is a reason so many people come here!! If you can, visit outside the summer months to avoid crowds. It is a big park, so allow yourself at least 3-4 days, and bring lots of photo cards!!!
